For the 2nd DLC, the dialogue changes depending on when in the story you're doing it, so it's not like it's badly done. 3) Recalibrated gates 2 DLCs, making you play one a bit later into the game (doesn't matter at all honestly, but it makes sense that it isn't the very first thing that Shepard does into the game), and another just as the game ends as its story basically bridges ME2 and ME3 (if you don't play it you won't fully understand what's going on at the beginning of ME3).
